1. Download the file ddev_windows_installer.v1.14.0-rc1.exe

3. open a cammandline in admin mode by pressing Win and enter cmd

6. now enter the command ddev_windows_installer.v1.14.0-rc1.exe /S in the terminal to silently install DDEV Local
